I registered a complaint of’No Signal’ on 22 June 2015 and today it is 25 June 2015. Every day they send me a new complaint number with a new timeline when I talk to their customer care .
They were very quick in installing the D2H. They did it within 4-5 hours but it seems that they are not willing to provide any service thereafter.
All the customer care executives are very courteous though but my issue is not yet resolved. The worst part is that even after going the exact timeline for resolving the issue they don’t give me any update about it. Every guy shows that they are really concerned about my problem and taking it personally but nothing happens.Very bad service. Strict no to D2H.
