When I have decided to change my dth service provider from sun direct to videocon d2h, this was cheapest & affordable dth service in market with good service. But after capturing maximum dth consumers now videocon d2h is costliest and a big cheater brand among all dth service providers. Day by day number of channels in base pack are decreasing and base pack charges are increasing. Aajtak is free to air channel and this channel is available on doordarshan free dish also but videocon d2h not included this channel in base pack, they demand extra subscription charges per month for a free to air channel.
In HD channels base pack charges are now more than 300/- per month however not a single sports channel is included in any base pack. Customer care number is also chargable now.
