Today I am going to share my opinion on videocon DTH. Everything is good in this DTH but one this that make me giving one star is its costumer support. I am using this DTH last six month. before some day my DTH stop working due to high speed of air. then I call for costumer support. they provide me online help through call. they ask error number and something like that. after five- six minute they say I am coming tomorrow for cheeking. and then next day they come can fix in just 30 second only cheeking error number. and that I already told him yesterday. then in say this to him and then say this is our marketing rule. why they are so cheap, they make me fool. I am very disappointed with this videocon DTH. this company not provide me value for money product and customer support.
