I bought new videocon d2h connection for the first time. In the first week it worked properly, but after that, the picture gets hanged after every minute.
I called customer service multiple times but they only generate complaint number every time and no representative or engineer comes to resolve the issue. Once he came and changed the set top box after complaining for many times and the problem got worst. The mosaic(PIP) stopped showing channels on it.
Even after complaining immediately, he did not bothered to look into it and he asked me to keep the television on for 15 minutes and he told me the problem will get solved immediately, but to no effect. The problem still persists. I made wrong decision to pay the entire one year fee at once while purchasing the product. There I got stuck. Now, I am thinking to file a legal case against Videocon Company in the consumer court.
I strongly recommend you not to buy Videocon D2H connection at any cost. There are better products like, (just to name some, like Tata Sky or Airtel) in the market which will give you better picture quality and service. If you search on google you will get many.Thanks for reading my review.
