I have been using Videocon d2h service for the past two and half years now. In this time span, the set top box has been replaced twice. Both times it was out of warranty. Every time the issue is with heating of the device and the card becomes unreadable due to that. They don’t repair the set top box and the only option left is to buy a new one every time it gets an issue.
The picture and sound quality is good in case the weather is not cloudy.
