I have been using this service from past 2 years.Really good service. Provides 4K 1080p picture quality. Services is uninterupted no issue in day 2 years use.
Customer care service is really good. Their remote is amazing. I have hidden my set-top-box behind my tv, as it is quite small, and since it works on RF, I dont need to have direct contact with remote. this makes channel switching very very easy and convenient. also the livivng rooms looks much more neater as no wires are seen. the installation was done in 3 hours after I purchased the product, so that is good. I am currently on platinum hd package and I am happy with that too. best part is signal loss is minimum during rains. my neighbour uses tata and they come to my flat to watch tv sometimes when it is raining heavily
