D2h adds channnels you havent asked for and charges for them.
They wl even add 1 extra Customer ID to existing STB and harass you with calls and messages for a recharge..The subscription amount paid for yr original STB does not go to that account but to the parallel account they create using yr spouses no and email and add in channnels of their choice.
Don’t waste precious time calling Customer service. They are incapable of doing anything positive. If you are a subscriber be Very cautious. Best is discontinue with them.
Discourage anyone from subscribing to this company’s services as they are basically dishonest. Deserve Negative ratings actually.
