I have been to this store 2-3 times, and always I faced the same issue, that they have good variety of products and even I want to buy them, but the staff is damn rude and they are always not in a mood to sell things. They are not at all interested in helping the customers. They have awesome collection of leather products but just the employees are the biggest reason of the failure of the store. All the female staff talk very rudely. Everytime I go with the mood of buying stuff but when they behave like this, I end up coming out of the store and buying the stuff from the stores like HIDESIGN and KOMPANERO which at least deal very politely with their customers. I will surely say that don’t go at that store, instead you can visit Da Milano, VR PUNJAB, Kharar because I feel there the staff is a bit welcoming as compared to the Elante store.
