I saw this movie on saturday, had read some 2 - 3 reviews before going for the movie. Believe me I, dint bother to go by any of those reviews. Very simple reason; I am a fan of Sallu Bhai and I was going to watch this movie irrespective of any type of ratings from critics. So if u r a Sallu fan, don’t go by what I have written, rush to a cinema near ur place and enjoy Salluisam.
Physically film starts from where Dabaang had ended, however content wise film flip flops and cannot be compared with part 1. I feel story is not well written, dialogues, punches and humor is missing in this movie. Though writer and director tried to patch in some humor but in many cases they simply failed. Actually script mein dam nahi hai. Film has decent music, kareena number is good and few other songs are visually good and not that interesting when it comes to audio only (salman makes a difference here I enjoyed almost every song where he had danced). In acting dept salman and sonakshi were good, vinod khanna and bacha bhaiya were not utilized properly and other don’t matter at all.
Action is good, however I don’t understand why director has not clicked more action scenes, movie had enough of villains to take care of it. In fact actions scenes were a selling point in Dabbang. This is again an area where you fell little disappointed. I would say if u have liked ready, body guard u will find this also good. However if u prefer movies like wanted, dabaang etc; you may not appreciate this movie much. Still a one time watch ....
