Dabangg 3 honest review

The movie is a blend Bollywood and South masala drama, the action sequences are very impractical, there are many repeated and modified dialogs and music has been mostly used in previous editions. The storyline starts with a fight sequence which has no link with the story, shows poor screenplay. The 2nd scene brings a link up with Chulbul Panday's ex lover "Khusi"who was killed by the villian "Bali". 3rd part shows, how Chulbul ultimately kills Bali. The background score is good. The story is simple and you can predict the climax easily. The comedy seems forced. More than 70% of the film is action packed and all of it seems very unreal. The movie maybe a hit due to Salman Khan's presence in the lead for a already successful franchise that of the Dabangg series. Sonakshi has no meat in her character expect for few dance scenes, Arbaz's character is not that commendable either and you can make out its written and potrayed in a hurry. Khusi's brief performance being a debutant is nicely done. Chulbul's father look much alike Late Vinod Khanna is a good addition only lookwise but has no part with subject of the story. There were many scenes and character in the movie that don't relate to the main storyline and forcefully placed. The shooting location are mostly done in the studio with just a few outdoor shoots, which makes the movie mostly dark. Constumes were very average. Some of the dialogs are good but all jotted in a way that doesn't mix well with the storyline. If you are a Salman Khan fan then you can watch this movie once, if not, it's better to skip this two and half hours long movie.
