As per my experience it was not good for me.This product is a combination of lots of medicinal herbs like jaffar, long pepper, amla, clove etc.But I don’t know guyz after having dabur chyawanaprash my stomach is feeling very much upset , I feel like my stomach is burning.I was thinking like what’s happening inside.I hate this type of taste.Then I am already having constipation and this just worsen the condition.Due to these problems I stopped using it from the very begining itself.
