The packing of Dabur’s Honitus Cough Syrup says that it provides effective relief from cough, without side-effects. Its a Honey-based herbal syrup that is fortified with Tulsi, Mulethi & Banapsha. This herbal syrup attacks cough at its roots, and provides fast relief.
No it doesn’t!
True, it has no side effects, but then it has no effect on cough either. It is totally’bay-asar’(noneffective), in our case.
One whole bottle was purchased and consumed as per the directions given. It was overly sweet, when compared with cough syrup of other brands, owing to honey.
Cough is still the same. No difference at all.
