We purchased two packs os 1 kg dabur honey 4 months back. The honey in both the containers got frozen in the winter (around mid January). It was never stored in the fridge. on searching the net we found that pure honey should not freeze in temperature around here. Initially we thought that this may have happened due to winter while pure honey should not have frozen.
The quality of Dabur honey was questionable. To our shock, the honey still remains frozen (April end is near), when temperatures in Kanpur have reached above 42 degrees. I called Dabur customer care twice over the past 10 days. Both the time we were told that someone will get back. While we left all details including product batch (B00894) and date (07/09), and our phone number. No one called back.
Is this the kind of customer care Dabur wishes to provide? First, product quality is questionable and then very poor customer service.
