My day starts with warm lemon water and 1spoon dabur honey.for me dabur is the sign of hygiene.it makes my lemon water complete.i start my excercise only after having lemon water with dabur honey.it comes in cute properly packed glass bottle with tight lid .it helps me to burn my fat as well as gives me glowing skin.sometimes I use it use turmeric powder and lemon for natural glowing skin.i even use it on my lips every night because honey is good for lips as softening agent.my grandpa takes honey with brown bread, he says its the secret to him healthy body.
