Being dentist I would not recommend something ayurvedik toothpaste for your teeth as these toothpastes contains ingredients which have coarse particles, it may give you brighter smile and good gums but at the cost of wearing of your natural tooth structure and over a period od time you will experience sensitivity and cavitations on tooth so I would strongly suggest you to buy only medicated toothpaste with fluoride and fine abrasive not to harm your teeth
