Extremely Disappointing Experience & Poor After-Sales Support
I am writing this review to share my extremely disappointing experience with Daddy Drones Mumbai, so that other customers can make an informed decision.
On 24th December 2025, I contacted them to purchase an RC Glider Flying Toy with Light Jet Airplane 2.4G EPP Stunt Remote Control Foam Fighter Plane as a gift for my son.
Right from the beginning, the experience was frustrating.
The response was very slow. After numerous calls and efforts finally spoke to Nadeem Shaikh, a pickup was arranged, but the person coordinating (Nadeem Shaikh) the pickup stopped answering calls altogether.
When my Borzo delivery agent reached the location, he had to call me and make me speak to them directly. I then made a UPI payment, which was successfully debited from my bank account. Despite clear proof, they denied receiving the payment and insisted I make the payment again, claiming the first amount would be reversed.
Because I urgently needed the toy for my son and trusted their assurance, I made a second payment, based on their promise that the first amount would be immediately returned once it reflected.
Only after nearly 30 minutes of chaos did they finally hand over the toy to the delivery agent.
To make matters worse:
The same toy is widely available for around , but they charged me , claiming premium quality
I ended up paying twice the amount, literally and financially
Since then, I have been continuously following up for my refund. Every time I call, I get a new excuse:
The bank will return it
It will be resolved in a couple of hours
We will transfer it tonight
Nothing has been resolved so far.
First, they overcharged me. Then, they made me chase my own hard-earned money. Is this what customer service looks like?
Product Quality & After-Sales Support Another Big Letdown
Within just a few days, the jets on/off button stopped working. When I contacted them for repair support, I was told:
It cannot be repaired but you can still bring it to the shop and we will see.
There was no assurance, no confidence, and no clear solution.
Would anyone travel from South Mumbai to Goregaon just to possibly hear sorry, we cant help?
Final Verdict
When customers pay a higher price, it is with the expectation of:
Better quality
Trust
Reliable after-sales service
Unfortunately, Daddy Drones Mumbai failed on all counts.
⚠ Strong Warning:
Do NOT buy online from them. If you still decide to purchase, visit the shop personally and pay only on the spot. Otherwise, you risk being misled, overcharged, and forced to chase refunds endlessly.
Though after my review on their Google page got me the refund but they provided ZERO customer service for repair of their own product which did not even survive for a day. They charged me double the price and gave me substandard product. Very disappointed!!
Please stay away from them. Big talks Zero Customer Service.
