I’ll get to the point straight AWAY.if you are a student and you are looking for a car at a low budget so that you can modify it and be the talk of the town then this baby’s for you.its cheap to maintain(if u fix a gas kit with the gas tank not the cylinder mind u)this baby will give u all the luxuries of an accent or ikon at the value of an 800 very less maintainance if you get your hands on an genuine accident less vehicle .Petrol may turn out to be a little expensive but then its good for a saturday and a sunday drive with friends. spend about a lakh on the car for good upholstery, mags, music system spoiler etc ..then ill tell u theres no car in its comparison although you’ll have parking trouble but ill tell you its worth the trouble. long drives in this car is amazing!!!! this is my personal expireance
dont worry about the spares !!!everythings available here in india.if not the original , atleast the make shift spares will come to your rescue.my car met with an accident it was serious ill tell you (damage to the extent to the chassis ) but with a good mechanic in hand (who has worked on a cielo before)and spares (atleast make shift ones) my baby was back on track in 15 days
so to conclude if you have 70 yo 90 ks in hand to buy the car and another 70 or 80 to modify a cielo this car can be the talk of the town.
and bfore I forget.... the engine is 1595 cc
with featurs like power windows, power steering, ac etc...
mileage about 8 to 9 in city and 11to 12 on a high way..
of course youll save a lot if you convert it to an lpg....and the myth about your engine getting screwed on lpg its bull sh*t although your engine life comes down by 20 %
you can always do up the engine after 1 lakh kilometers for about 10 to 15 thousand bucks. It is very important to note that the highest model of cielo ’’the nexia’’ has much more power and pep than a cielo so if you have a few thousands more then you can place your hand on a nexia.for further views on the car you can mail me at wowwow2us@hotmail.com
