We bought this car almost 10 years ago in the year of 2000 and it has already covered 35000 kms and to be frank with you it is a mind blowing car small and compact and reliable and even the mileage also it gives almost 17-18kms in city limits and almost 20 if it is long trips during 96 santro was about to be released on road.
The matiz had taken everything by surprise whole of mysore people were buying this car even santro sales dropped down but at the last minute for santro respite daewoo motors closed down then the down fall of this car(sales) started but in this 12 years of riding the car I can bet with anyone that this car by all standards was best the current maruthi’s estilo almost looks like matiz(front side) but I don’t think u will get this cra now and sdon’t raise eyebrows that why I have written this review just to tell people that if you have one then don’t sell it.
