Here Comes the hot stepper..........
Aint gonna be late when this beauty is gonna be in the market, christened as GM ChevY Spark.
A world famous car. People swear by its build quality and driving comfort it had.
Matiz had an amazing in cabin space and luggage space enough to beat any B segment car except the UNO which actually used to compete C segment cars in concern to its luggage carrying capacity.
Coming to its performance, the car performed amazingly in city.
The awesome turning radius proved very beneficial at parking lots.
The only drawback which came out to be was the engine performance which ws actually dipped to suit india, in what way I never got it.
while daewoo phased away, taking its last breath they came out with the special edition with an increased compression ratio which gave the car a good feel of power even with the a/c on.
Well but still we were comparing an 800cc to players like zen and santro which were fed with quite huge engines as compared to the matiz.
The indian market can never grow up actually, the market came up with who is gonna buy a same looking car with a bigger engine for nexia when it was released, while people were happy and actually rejoicing at buying an esteem a twin of the maruti 1000.
We actually have to grow up in concern to automobiles, starting with actually driving and then commenting on wheels rather than just listening to people who say maruti has the best quality in automobiles in india also being the most luxurious cars.
Grow up India.
Well if Im not wrong matiz and 800 share the same engine with some mods.
Suzuki also had some share in daewoo korea.
Gm is planning to curn out a more peppier 1000 cc version.
Cross ur fingers and sit tight, Coz the Hot Stepper is coming back with a bang.
Mileage with a/c comes out to be 12-14 in city and 16-18 on highways.
without a/c it used to give around 18-21 in city and 222-24 on the highways.
Optra is daewoo lanos.....
