This temple is very famous even outside Pune too. It is located in main city and can be accessed by bus from any part of the city. City Bus stop is called Vasant talkies or Appa Balwant Chowk and very close to temple. Bus service is highly frequent on this route.
Temple is covered by wall and glass for security reasons. You can see Ganesh idol from glass too even from road also. Idled picturesque and eye catcher. Your hands join to bow down to Bappa ! You have to go through long Queue on weekends / evening time / festivals. They make nice decorations on various festivals round the year (like flowers, lighting, even mangoes !) Don’t forget to see adjacent Lord Shiva temple.
