Scam Installation charges.
I was told installation charge was 1500/-
Plus few small charges for extra material.
So when the guy from Daikin came home
He told they have to put the stand he has bought stand already with him so he charged me Rs 800/- for the stand which is available in market for 500/- .
Extra copper wire he charged Rs300/- ft which is available in market for 200/-,
Electric cable wire he charged me for Rs 120/- a meter which easily available for 40/- a meter
Drain water pipe he charged me Rs 70/- a meter which is available for 30/- and below.
Three plus socket which is available for 40-50/- he charged me for 100/- Rs.
They really cheated me . I wasnt aware of this price difference till the nxt day I happened to be at a hardware store and I ask about these products and their prices.
It’s a absolute shame that this company being so reputed scamming people of their hard earned money.
Very dissatisfied and disappointed with their service. When they guy was running to get some of these parts I offered my scooter looking at the temperature outside and the distance he may need to travel to the hardware store and so in return was very dishonest about these charges.
His Name is Afsar from Vasai Branch. TodayI called him to ask his why he charged me so much extra he just hung up the phone. This was the way he show how disrespectful to the customer can one be.
