I have no complaints with the product much because it has some good features and provides cool air all the time and I never faced any problems with the sound etc but the only major drawback and the worst experience is their Customer service.
Customer Service is very very bad in all the aspects, They are totally unkind towards customers. I just faced a little problem with some filters inside. I called to the service number but they never responded at all. At last I called to the showroom person where I bought and reported my problem, they given me a branch number and said to call them.
As they said, I called to that number and they answered me finally that they will come within 2 days. I got vexed as they did not arrived to see the problem. I called to the same number again bu they didn’t responded.
Truely, it felts me bad when they didn’t responded well for such a small issue. This is not a way to treat the customers.
