I would like to lodge a complaint regarding the poor product /service quality of Daikin Split AC. I am writing this letter to convey my extreme displeasure at the faulty products and HIGH cost of service by Daikin India. I have purchased 2 AC last month 23/02/2024. It has got problem just after 1 month purchase . Such a poor quality of Daikin A/C.
I have lodged a complaint at Daikin care on 23/03/2024 for low cooling, one engineer has visited my home and he is not able to rectify the problem.
Now this is the second time this has happened to me and I am wanting to return it and would like to get cash back.
