1, The spelling of the company is DAIKIN it is not DAIKEN.
This is a Japanese product which caters to the premium market segment. Service as well as the products of this company are extremely good. As an user of this products I sincerely recommend to go with this company products.
The main points that one should remember while buying an air conditioner is power consumption, Sound level, Durability, Comfort in operating and maintaining, service back up from the company and finally the filter capacity and the purification levels.
This is the only one company which manufactures all the parts including nut to bolt required to the product by its own with high quality standards.
The product is not at all available in the Gray market. Its only available with the channel Partners.
I feel Air conditioner only Daikin Air conditioner.
