I bought 1 ton split inverter in Jan 23. After constant follow-up technician attended for 2nd free service. After topping up the gas cooling was good. But within 1 hour the indoor unit started dripping on staff’s head. I called the technician back. He checked it and found a crack in the plastic tray. He came back again next day to fill the Crack with araldite. On opening, whole tray part was found cracked from various sides. As a man of plastic, myself, found the plastic quality very inferior. Can’t expect such brands using recycled material. Company technical staff is not ready to talk as 1 year has passed. Copper pipes used has many leakages from the welding point. Absolutely stunned to see such last grade quality standards by a brand claiming itself WORLD’S NO. 1. My foot no. 1, not compatible even to local assembled brands. The real story starts now. For changing the tray, technician tried with the Authorized dealer. He says he has ordered 5 pieces 1 month back but still not received from the company. Outside temperature is 38° C and my office doesn’t have any ventilation. Just imagine the trouble I’m going through. What difference does it make to Daikin? They will spend few bucks more on advertising and trap many more like me. Never ever think of buying a Daikin AC. It would be suicidal
