We bought 6 Daikin units because of rave reviews. But within 2 years gas has leaked from one of the ACs. We have owned several ACs in the past but we never faced this issue ever with any other brand. Heres a detailed complaint that I wrote to Daikin. Lets see their response.
Dear Daikin customer support and Mr. Kanwaljeet,
We live in Gurgaon.
I bought 6 Daikin ACs Outdoor units around in October 2012. This year all of a sudden one of the ACs stopped working completely. We lodged a complaint with Daikin service center complaint number: DL2150428625
The engineer is telling us that the installation of the unit was not done properly and so the gas leaked and a refill will cost another Rs. 4000.
We spent Rs. 2 lacs and got the AC installed from authorized dealers. All bills attached. Within 2 years the gas has leaked. I am being asked to pay not just Rs. 4000 but this also puts doubt on Rs. 2 lacs that I spent with Daikin.
Can you kindly get all my other ACs checked and also refill this AC unit gas for free as this is the installation problem. And it is not my fault.

P.S- I am being told that AC Aircon that sold 6 ACs to me is not the authorized dealer. In which case can you take legal action against them. I am attaching the photographs. They claim that they are your authorized dealer.
