Last month I bought a daikin inverter ac after dealer convinced me much that daikin is the best ac in market. So I bought a daikin 1.5 ton ftkv50nrv16. To my much surprise unit started giving problems within days . Just after 15 days indoor unit started leaking. water started dripping from indoor unit.
Somehow got it fixed. And just after few days I got it fixed ac compressor won’t start. Called the Daikin support team, they found fault an dc fan motor. They assured me that they will change it within two days.and today is 9 th day and nothing has been done. Called customer care numerous time, talked to branch manager.
Nothing would move them , either they would not pick my call, or they will give just false assurances that they are trying their best. People don’t waste your hard earned money on Daikin. Because they treat their customers like cr@p. I am seriously regretting my decision of buying Daikin. Better to buy some cheap Indian units but with much better after sale service.
