Just bought a Daikin Mini Split and they will not tell me a simple setting- I have to contact an approved contractor nearby for assistance. I would not have purchased if I knew they wouldn’t support.
So far, the unit itself is working well, but not having them support is really disappointing and frustrating.
I had the choice of a Daikin or a Mitsubishi, wished I would have gone with the other.
