I bought this Daikin Inverter AC FTKE35GV1 in 12 may 2014 From Future Solution Ahmadabad. My Serial E084693. I Moved to Baroda . After almost 12 months it stopped working. It was on Only In Fan mode no other mode was working.I called customer care so they assigned me engineer from Ahmadabad even I told them that I moved to Baroda. So I told the Ahmadabad dealer to assign some authorized engineer from Baroda he did what I told him to do. That person came repaired my AC charged me 1500 which is expensive.
He told me because of power fluctuation your IC is gone but my dad’s blue star works really fine in same power stream but I gave him amount without any objection and after one day just one day my AC broke down again.so I m completely mad. I saved penny by penny for this Ac and this is what happens when you trust a Japanese brand. Fake people fake brand totally pissed me off and ya one more thing my near by dealer refused to repair it by saying " Humse liya hota to hum karke dete." Ab humse nai liya to jao Maro.
