Please avoid such an expensive air conditioned for very very high price for zero service.
I had purchased 5 pieces of Daikin air conditioned considering its popularity and anticipating a good durability, but I was wrong when contacted with a complaint. The customer care of Daikin promised me that the complaint will be sorted out with in 24 hours and after 7 days of waiting, nothing happened. Even the local dealers(Reacon Engineering in Kochi) did not give any attention to sort out the issue
Company’s like LG, SAMSUNG provides the services within couple of days in my experience.
The reason I bought 5 pieces Daikin, expecting good quality service and durability.
Please do not expect a good customer service from DAIKIN. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBE
