I purchased this product as it was new in market.The things I like about this product is that it works on low voltage and save electricity.This product works on DC as compared to other who are not inverter working on AC.The product is ideal for a average size room it will make it cool within in minutes.The product has some type of noise from the day of installation but I will call them and will ask them to fix it soon. I chose this over other because I am big fan of Daikin when it comes to AC because there AC have amazing design as well as amazing cooling ability as compared to other products
