I own seven units of Daikin ac but now realize my mistake. My bedroom ac is lying dead for the last 52 days for compressor fault and still not returned, taken for a ride and running from pillar to post to get it rectified, its real nightmare.
First technicians turn up with false solutions and say that I have to change the main board costing around 25000 Rs, then checking out and doing some self evaluation found it that is not true. After reporting the matter and allowing them to replace a board from my other running unit at my personal risk, they had no choice but to agree that its compressor fault.
Daikin took my ac on 7th of September and even after one month have not given it back even though its under warranty, calling them yields another phone number to chase but little response, wonder will I get back my ac?
I recommend you to buy Daikin only if you don’t require skilled technicians and can cope to live without ac for months.
