I have an daikin air conditioner 1.5 ton and I purchased it 2 years ago it worked fine for 1st year lesser in 2nd year and inefficient in this year I complained a lot of times regarding the cooling of AC but the service center ones only they call and do never come.
I complained for about 2 months and only once the serviceman came and he took the indoor and returned it after 2 weeks and still the AC is not working I paid rs 3000 for service but still the AC is not working and the company is too dumb to respond to emails their toll free number is pathetic so after I lost to company I purchased a new AC.
Guys this company is worst about service please think atleast a hundred times before buying its AC. my complaint number was LKO0150517805 and I am looking forward for consumer court. please dont come under the false claim of daikin being a good company.it is worst company of AC in terms of after sales service.
