It is one the worst company with worst product. I purchased from AV Enterpruse Indirapuram in oct 2016 seeing an ad in paper. They had offered one year warranty and also offered comprehensive AMC @Rs 125 per month as optional. I took extended amc for 2 yrs. as per waaranry and AMC, Daikin was supposed to do two services in a year they did not do any despite several request. Their useless customer care advised to contact ( for service) the dealer from whom AC was purchased. Dealer never bothered to give service. Whenever we contacted he made false commitment. Now when we switched on AC 4 days back, utvwas not cooling, we personaly approached the dealer to look into the problem. He deputed a man to ckean the AC. Service engineer asked money for cleanibg AC. He told that he has been advised by AV Enterprise dealer of Daikin. Whwn I told him that is free of cost as per amc then he agrred as if doing some favour. This engineer was not Daikin man but a local hired by dealer and was not knowing any thing about ac priblem. Next day after a lot of follow up, dealer deputed another mechanic declared that evaporator coil is leaking and same may be replaced. Dealer rold that evaporator coil is not covered in AMC and it will cist Rs 12000/- approx. I told him that I have compreshensive AMC and same is also not mentioned in exlusions in the AMC. he showed some document from company website whereas this part was shown to not covered in AMC. it is clear that Daikin ad in newspaper for comprehensive AMC @Rs125 per month was fakse and misleading. This is a fraud company and its dealer will sell product saying that is world top ac manufacturing company from japan. Avoid such company. It is too getting lenthy to complete, hope this is enough to knowcabout this brand.
