I wanted to buy a Daikin Ac 1.5 tonne model from Daikin India. However, the ac piping is already done in my house. The dealer Cooling Solutions (Thakur village, kandivali east ) tells me that he will not take responsibility for the installation. I was told to get in touch with Ms. Tasneem Khan(SALES) and she also refused to help. She repeated the same crap to me. The company wants to make money by trying to sell me other junk. What the hell does this mean, that if i am in a home that already has the ac piping done, i cannot buy a daikin ac??? What nonsense.
Absolutely horrible company. How is daikin going to help me??? Because they are unable to make money from the ac piping, they are not interested in selling me the ac at all??
Shameful, bad treatment from daikin India. Horrible service from daikin and their representatives and dealers.

Frankly. the Daikin people did not care less about the image of their company. THESE GUYS CHECK THE PREMISES AND IF THEY SEE THAT THEY CANT MAKE THE EXTRA MONEY FROM ALL THAT MASONRY WORK, THEY DONT CONSIDER THE PERSON A VALUABLE CUSTOMER. THEY S**K.
