I had very bad experience with Daikin Customer care and their service center. My inverter AC had failed to start due to a thermostat issue. Service engineer identified the issue 20 days back and still now there is no proper response from the customer care/service center for a fix. Even though their product is good their service center and customer care is pathetic.
They will assign your complaint to a service center who will never pick the call. But they will pick when you get on a call with customer care and ask them to connect. Worst experience. SHOULD NEVER BUY DAIKIN AC UNTIL THEY PROVIDE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Nothing is good until they provide proper service.
