After sales support system is really very good.With annual maintenance being done one can just sit back calmly.The staff here are consumer friendly and ready to hear consumer grievances and take necessary steps as soon as possible Maybe earlier it wasnt very prompt, but now they are really efficient to their complaints.If not purchased yet, one can go for daikin air conditioner this summer its really excellent if 5 star rated
