Never order a cake from Daily Bread Indiranagar for a party, they are bound to mess up on something!!
I had ordered my son’s birthday cake and it was to be delivered at 3 PM. At 2 PM, someone from the store calls up and says it will be ready by 4:30 PM. That too after I had personally visited the store a day before and reminded them about the cake.
When I said that the party at my place starts at 5 and I need to collect it at 3:30 latest, he said he will check and call back. Of course I was tensed about the situation and then the person called back in some time and was laughing!!
Totally irresponsible bunch of jokers there who have no clue on how to ensure their product is ready on time and how to talk to a customer.
