I have ordered two wooden cases. I was waiting for delivery for more than 2 weeks. Then, due to the delay, I checked the transit status, it was showing LOST. My items got lost during transit. I dint get any mail or sms about this. Its been more than 30 days since this happened. Since then I have raised multiple tickets asking for refund. Everyday I will ping them on whatsapp. No response. Worst experience ever. Stay away from this cheaters.
