Be Creative?. I have been getting flowers for a month quite regularly, (and I was Satisfied) since last month’s last week I am not getting flowers. That too during this festive days, I have not received flowers a single day, even during this pooja days. I have made umpteen number of calls to their Cust care executives.Each time I get a promise saying it will be delivered in an hour’s time! Hours have become days still no sign of flowers. Is this the Customer service? I advance paid my this month’s prescription amount on 24/25 Sept. All you people needed was my money and after that who cares! Imagine if I had taken 6 month subscription I would have been damned. Make sure I get my flowers atleast tomaroow onwards.
