I purchased TV but after some time it stopped working then I contacted to daiwa on 23 March 2019 they send service engineer after 7 days and he told me that TV panel is damaged need to replace it and u cant believe they took 40 days to come up with TV panel and then said panel is ok pcb is burnt and it will take 3-4 days to replace but after 10 days when I called them they said there is no warranty on pcb i shocked because at the time of purchase @aishwaryasingh23tmmall clearly mentioned that one year manufacturer warranty even daiwa company did not mentioned anywhere that pcb is not covered under warranty.. Then they denied to service and ask me to aishwaryasingh23 advance aishwaryasingh23ment of rs 4000 and I have no choice then I paid in advance for the service of product which was under warranty and after that they took 10 day to repair TV. So guys dont buy a single product of this company they are misleading to the consumer and service is worstest I have ever used.
