This incident happened to me after my 2nd free service at Dakshin Honda Hosur Road.
I had planned to drive to Hyderabad from Bangalore and as usual I tried switching on my GPS after the service. Got an errorFolder is empty. Immediately called the service adviser and he informed to check the card slot. To my surprise, the card was missing. I informed him about the same and he agreed to check.
No callbacks, no response to follow-ups. They just turn deaf ear to your complaints. I even contacted the Honda Customer Care. They did nothing except directing me to Dakshin Honda executives.
