Absolutely No Accountability

Had a very bad experiences with Dakshin Honda Service and also with the CRM teams. Had given feedback via their website and later they followed up to claim that issues will get fixed (Insurance and Car cleaning). Second time, the cleaning was pathetic (with all wetness in and out), and when I complained second time, they offered free cleaning. Though I did not utilize, in the next service, again they did not even fix basic issues of gear knob not being smooth and some minor noise from dashboard. When given feedback, they said one technical assistant will get back. Its been 3 days since I wrote to them and they are still trying to reach me. :)


So funny! They stopped calling me after the service to get feedback. (As they will know what they will get as rating from me). The service person is not even calling and the reason given was my mobile was incorrectly entered in the system! Not clear, how did they call me earlier for asking for service and insurance, etc? :).


Please think at least 20 times before you engage with Dakshin Honda in any manner.! Or just stop at thinking. Do not go further! Totally unpleasant experience! Bunch of people out to spoil the name of Honda.
