I had given my new car for its 1st service to this place and since it was my 1st experience with Honda (previously used Maruti) I decided to go and drop the car myself. Despite giving it on the scheduled time, 3.5 hrs later the service advisor stated that since it was lunch time the car would be delayed by another hour and half (at the beginning I was told that it would be completed within 2-3 hours). I asked that if the service was completed and it was only a matter of washing then that was not a problem and I would take the car without it being washed.
Post that it took the service advisor another 1 hour to provide my vehicle without washing and to make matters worse, he went off for lunch without even informing me that the car was ready for me to take it. I thought that I would mention this when they call to take feedback but even that did not happen ( its been a couple of weeks now!). I am regretting why I went with Honda.
Service Matters.
I’ll change the service provider and get my next service at magnum on kanakpura road and will let you know my experience but until then if possible, do avoid Dakshin Honda, Hosur Road.
