Moved to this Service from Whitefield Honda for personal convenience, three visits and my car is in a mess.
The first visit was to get the front wind shield replaced and they replaced with a’brand new’ spare with a small hole in it which I realized a couple of months later. Bill amount huge! Let me not mention that my vehicle was delivered in filth condition although the wash is paid.
Second visit, general service and all sorts of spare replaced which was nowhere close to being worn out(eg: brake shoe replaced at 8 km). They know Honda owner love their cars and think they are hence completely stupid. All unconvincing explanations.
Third visit, dent fixing on rear side+ rear bumper repaint. The whole car is made a mess off, there are scratches on rear glass, all new scratches, screwed alignment, interior blanket burnt and what not in addition to undone work. At the end of it I realized a road side garage could have done a better job.
Each visit has taken me additional visits to get it worked up to close to my satisfaction. Never listen to carefully and never attend to all issues. I just gave up on a lot of instances. I can go on but in short Honda has handed over the franchise to someone who don’t know what the brand means. If you love Honda or your car don’t go there!
