I booked a pick and drop with dakshin honda singhsandra. They have outsourced this job to a company named north21. Therefore, conveniently its not hondas responsibility if something happens to your car in transit.
I left my pen drive in the car accidentally. Never found it. Service advisor Abhishek said that he didnt see it when car arrived. The north21 guy stopped picking up my calls, never showed his face.
Abhishek said they wont wash the car because some environmental blabber. They did not even wipe it with a cloth. It came back exactly as dirty as it was. The cup holders inside had garbages?.
Charged money for pick and drop. Hyundai never charges money(my last car was hyundai that I drove for 8 years. Never was anything stolen from my car, service was super prompt).
Overall, they did not touch the car, it was lying there all day and they returned it to me after stealing my pen drive and charged me money for riding it. 0 stars to them, 0 stars to their Network where nobody has any responsibility.
