I bought 2011 Honda City V-AT from the Dakshin Honda on Hosour rd in August 2011 and had an accident on Mar 26th and had towed the vehicle to their dealership but even after two months they have not completed the repair.
They say that honda parts are not available and to be frank it is very suprising that in a Big city like Bangalore they don’t even keep the parts. Then after parts arrived after 45 days as per what they say they said they will repair the vehicle in a week but again they just say but don’t do anything. They have a very poor facility which cannot take multiple cars. They have only one Caroliner which is required for repair for most cars. Again this is very bad.
Bottom line if you are going to Dakshin Honda when you are really in trouble they really don’;t tdo the work. So my recommendation is to avoid them completely and not go there for buying or for car service or repair.
It is even better if you can avoid Honda cars in India as the Honda customer serivce also doesn’t listen to customers. I am telling you they are treating customers like S**T. It is better to stick with brands which are more in volume and more shops where they have to provide you some service mainly if they don’t at least you can go to others.
I am owner of 3 Honda cars/VAN in USA and after that I am saying stay away from Honda in India.
