This is to warn every potential customer of Dakshin Honda Bangalore. I took a hasty decision to own a Honda Brio after years of being a Maruti car owner.my fault. Unfortunately I had no way of knowing that the dealers mentioned(Dakshin Honda Bangalore) have absolutely no clue of what service means.
Long story short, I sent my car for servicing and body work yesterday, but am yet to hear from them about a) costs b) requirements in terms of paperwork to claim insurance.
It was disastrous from the word go.from the time the driver arrived at my doorstep to pick up the car yesterday morning minus the insurance claim form which he was supposed to bring along with him, until this evening(2 working days). I have been making all the follow up calls, and every time I call, I am told I have to submit this or that document. No comprehensive mail/call from anyone telling me what is required.
I dont know what condition my car will be in by the time I receive it, when I receive it.
This is to warn fellow customers to be very careful before choosing this dealer as the prime motive seems to be to hoodwink innocent customers and make a fast buck.
