Please avoid dakshin honda... I had a horrible experience with them, I hate to name people from the service division, But please avoid dakshin honda and also also try to avoid buying honda cars...
I have left my car for service and I wanted to know the availability of some of the parts, they are list bothered even to contact me and update me on if the spares are available, They are so arrogant that, even after contacting them twice sometimes thrice a day, they have still not updated the parts availability... I’m struck with them and I’m not getting my car back as the spares are not available... I have never experienced this worst service anywhere... basically I find that there is no service manager and no responsible person to handle things.
Now the only option is to complain to the management which I dont think that they would take it seriously. I even heard from couple of my friends that if we complain on the service to management... they would rip your pocket with a ugly bill. So be careful. Anyways I will keep you all posted on what would happen to my bill after complaining to the management of dakshin honda on the mishaps, I will even post my bill details coz I had already got a quote on the following from 3rd party service station...
Try to avoid Dakshin and also Honda cars coz there is no proper dealer or service vendor available for Honda cars in Bangalore...
