Worst customer service

I but dalal street journal from the stands and have not subscribed to it(thank god).


i ordered two books from them in August 2005.it was called the ’’Golden 400’’ and ’’The stock market book’’ for which I had payed Rs.600 through demand draft. and then I waited and waited and waited .NOTHING .


I sent three email to them giving them the payment details and date and my address and all.Again I waited and waited and waited . and again NOTHING


then I decided to call them up and ask what was going on.Nobody picked up the phone.and I was calling only at 4 pm.their toll free number is not working but they have still put it up there.


Finally I managed to get hold of them.and when I started asking them about it they kept transferring me to another person . They would put me on hold for nearly 5 minutes and then transfer me to someone else.this happended 3 times in the same call.


i told them about the subscription and still nothing happended for a week.i called them again and after reminding them for the second time they sent me ONLY ONE of the two books.so I thought eventually I thought they would send the other book and so I waited and waited and waited. NOTHING


then I called them again and again and kept reminding them and each time they said they will look into it and send me the book immediately.i had to call for 4 times . I made my last call this month May 2006. and now I have finally given up.


just imagine it took them 8 to 9 months and 8 phone calls(no use, waste or STD charges) , 4 emails(no response) and they have not even completed the delivery.one book still remains.


THIS IS FRAUD. daylight robbery.


this is the worst customer service I have ever been through.


never buy books from them.just buy from stands.
